Adopt-a-Highway (Saturday, 26th June)
We are resuming the Chinmaya Mission Highway Cleaning program and planning the first event of this year on Saturday, June 26th.
This is a great opportunity to serve the community while spending time outdoors. Please contact Sreeni Gorantla at 614-332-3151 if you would like to participate.
We will be helping with cleaning the following two roads:
Hyatt Road between Sawmill Pkway and Steiz Rd & Sawmill Pkway between Hyatt Rd and Clark Shaw Rd

Anyone 12 years or older is eligible to participate. Everyone is required to sign a yearly waiver and parents are required to sign the consent forms for students between ages 12-18 yrs, which are attached to this E-mail. Please complete the forms and bring them with you.
Please also review the safety guidelines in the attached documents. You can print the waiver document
Gloves and safety vests are provided by Delaware County/ODOT ( Ohio Dept of Transportation ). You do not need to bring anything.
Please arrive at the Chinmaya Mission by 8:00 AM. We will first go over the safety briefings and paperwork and then proceed with the cleaning.
